Will you buy a house that needs a lot of work?
Very often, yes. Houses that need work are what we do. We'll be straight with you about whether yours suits us.
Do you buy tenanted properties?
Yes, we consider tenanted homes as well as empty ones.
My house didn't sell at auction. Can you help?
Let's talk. Several of our projects started as auction lots that didn't sell on the day.
Will your offer be full market value?
Normally not, because we take on the works and the risk. If the open market suits you better, we'll say so.
I've inherited a property. How does it work?
We'll go at your pace and work with the executor or your solicitor. A grant of probate needs to be in place before completion. You're welcome to have a family member join any conversation.
Do I have to decide quickly?
No. Take advice and decide in your own time. You can say no at any point.
